Looking forward to the nightlife?

Berlin is well known for its diverse nightlife ranging from bars in extraordinary locations to a huge concert and club scene. Whether you’re into seeing live music, going to film screenings, attending industry festivals or joining one of our public events, there are loads of places to discover.

Current hotspots are Friedrichshain, Kreuzberg, Neukölln and Wedding but since Berlin is always evolving, there are new exciting things being done every week in different parts of the city.

2017 dBs Film Awards

Join us as we celebrate the hard work and creativity of our students over the last year.
In competition films will be announced on Friday 30th June.
Award categories are:

// Broken Glass Award (most broken gear)
// Golden Gorilla Award (most adventurous/risky/audacious/bold filmmaker)

Guest Session // Christopher Tignor

Location: dBs Berlin

Join us for an special evening with Christopher Tignor; composer, violinist, lecturer, and software engineer. Christopher will present his lecture “intersecting live electronic music, pitch-functional composition and the body” along with a live performance of his intimate, cinematic work.
This is a public event but RSVP is required.
